The warm and hospitable family-owned hotel offered clean rooms and comfortable beds. the location was ideal, with a picturesque park nearby and local attractions easily accessible. I appreciated the convenience of the small common kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, and the delicious breakfast served each morning.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay at the boutique hotel. the carpet in my room had a slight smell, which may have been from a previous guest smoking.

During my Xmas stay at a hotel in Tbilisi, I had a pleasant time. the Christmas decorations looked great. I liked the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, and the view of the park was spectacular. the location was convenient, a stone's throw from Old Town and walking distance to local shops.

I did not like the size of the room, it was too small and cramped. the cleaning service was substandard and did not change the towels or sheets every day.
